    • Attendance at final venue walkthrough

    • Ceremony rehearsal coordination

    • A second Perfect Detail team member

    • Day-of on-site coordination beginning 5 hours pre-reception, including setup and breakdown of basic personal decor

Perfect for couples who have an idea of what to do, but want some guidance during the planning process to help bring their vision to life, plus someone to take care of all the details on their wedding day.

  • • Initial 1-hour consult call within 30 days of booking

    • 4 1-hour planning calls, plus coordination calls at 6, 4, 2, & 1 week prior to wedding

    • Availability via email starting at time of booking

    • Creation of wedding day inspiration guide and assistance in choosing design, decor, and vendors to execute that vision

    • Vendor coordination and communication

    • Creation of detailed wedding day timeline and reception layout

    • Attendance at final venue walkthrough

    • Ceremony rehearsal coordination

    • A second Perfect Detail team member

    • Day-of on-site management (includes basic personal decor setup/breakdown)
